Purpose
The Executive Bird Council Archives exist to preserve the history, records, findings, decisions, photographs, investigations, awards, educational resources, and institutional memory of the Executive Bird Council.
The Archives ensure that future generations may learn from the Council’s successes, challenges, discoveries, and occasionally questionable decisions.

Keeper of the Archives
The position of Keeper of the Archives shall be held by the Chief Human Liaison.
Responsibilities include:
• Record preservation
• Historical documentation
• Maintenance of institutional memory
• Protection of founding records
• Documentation of major Council events
Access Policy
The Archives shall remain accessible to all who seek knowledge, understanding, historical perspective, or evidence regarding prior Chaos Department activities.
Certain materials may remain classified.
Particularly embarrassing materials may remain highly classified.
Founding Principle
The Council believes that preserving knowledge is an act of stewardship.
