Official Notice from Pandamonium Headquarters
The Executive Bird Council was founded to celebrate birds, support rescue and conservation efforts, share knowledge, encourage responsible parrot care, and build a community where bird lovers can connect, learn, and laugh together.
While the Council recognizes the value of spirited discussion, educational debate, and the occasional constitutional crisis, the following policies are in effect throughout Pandamonium Headquarters.
❤️ Be Kind
Bird people come from many different backgrounds, experience levels, and circumstances.
Whether someone has shared their first budgie, their lifelong companion parrot, a rescue success story, or a question they’re nervous to ask, they deserve respect.

Most members of our community are here because they love birds and want the best for them.
Mistakes happen.
People learn.
Bird ownership is a journey.
Education is encouraged.
Shaming is not.
📚 Educate, Don’t Attack
If you see information that is outdated, incorrect, or potentially harmful:

✔ Offer guidance.
✔ Teach kindly.

✘ Do not dogpile.
The goal is better bird care, not winning arguments.
❤️ Rescue, Welfare, and Compassion Come First
The Council supports:
Rescue organizations
Responsible ownership
Lifelong learning
Conservation
Bird welfare
We ask members to remember that behind every post is a real person and a real animal.
Lead with compassion.
⚖️ Supreme Court of Side-Eye Policy
Disagreements may occur.
The Supreme Court recognizes this as normal.
However:
Criticizing ideas is acceptable.
Attacking people is not.
Constructive discussion is encouraged.
Hostility is not.
Appeals are denied.

The Department of Chaos officially supports:
Harmless fun
Bird shenanigans
Unexpected inspections
General silliness
The Department of Chaos does NOT support:
Harassment
Bullying
Cruel behavior
Making others feel unwelcome
Even chaos has standards.
